I can't believe I forgot this too... hot horseradish in the bloody Mary. The horse radish makes it. More so than any hot sauce.

Not particularly healthy. Most of the stuff in a sandwich isn't horrible, but the Doritos and the very processed white bread are pretty bad. Replace the Doritos with a piece of fruit and get whole wheat bread and you could call it a healthy lunch.

Homemade Shrimp Scampi w/side of steamed Brussel sprouts.

1lb shrimp

2tbsp coconut oil
2tbsp garlic chopped
1tbsp basil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup red wine
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp Irish stout mustard

1lb thin spaghetti

Steam brussel sprouts. Cook pasta. Make sauce. Cook shrimp in sauce. Serve shrimp over pasta w/extra sauce.... Sprouts on the side.

Picture it in yer brains b|tches.

Brined for 12 hours in a 6 chile brine, rubbed with a BBQ rub, then slow cooked for 8 hours... It's topped with a poblano coleslaw, homemade BBQ sauce, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese.

Made this smoothie for lunch. Also had an egg cup scramble (two eggs, milk, S&P, EVOO and cheese microwaved 2x for 45sec per).

The smoothie has a granny smith apple, a banana, two servings of salad greens, a big stalk of celery, an activia light yogurt, 1/2 cup apple juice, 1/2 cup ice water, a serving of frozen raspberries and two tablespoons of peanut butter.
