getting some pics now, but i will give the "recipe" in this post... made some grilled pizzas for mothers day, and they came out goddamn fabulous. Get a lb of dough and split it up into 4 balls... so 4 pizza "shells" per lb of dough. Cover and toss each ball liberally in EVOO and let it sit in a bit for 3-4 hours while the dough rises, be sure to spread them out pretty far or else it will look like a tray of cinnamon rolls after they rise lol

when the dough rises, get some gloves, a sheet pan, coat it with a little EVOO, and spread that fvcker until it is nice and thin. don't stress the fact that you won't make a perfect circle... just make it evenly thin throughout the whole pizza. Spread it over a hot grill (charcoal preferred) and let that sucker crisp up until you have a nice golden brown color and some solid grill marks. Flip that piece, and cook the other side, but only for 30 seconds or so. Reason being... you want to make all the pizza shells at once... when they are cooled off, you top them and finish them on the grill... obviously, the side that you grilled for 30 secs is the side you want to continue grilling, so you put the toppings on the side that is already grilled, and you are left with this

San Marzano tomatoes, 4 blend cheese, scallions, a drizzle of EVOO, and some black pepper (Al Forno's key ingrediants, famous restaurant in providence)

And this was about a minute in to serving, my dessert pizza lol... Nutella, bananas, and blueberries. FVCKING AMAZING

$14 lobster roll from Twin Oaks in RI. This place is the epitome of a goodfellas scene, 1970's design, big hair and suits all over the "joint"... been coming here my entire life, and its quite the place lol. Mixed drinks are $4.50, cheap food, amazing service, and the food itself is great for the money. Still mediocre, nothing fancy, but delicious and cheap.

I've been marinating a paleo chicken curry for the past 24 hours.....just put it in the heavy pot, will post pictures in a bit

1-1/2 chicken breast, cut up
1 big sweet potato
big handful of carrots, cut up
1 sliced large yellow onion
1 large red pepper
1 large yellow pepper
garlic to taste
1/2 cup chicken stock, low sodium
1/2 cup lite coconut milk
1 small can tomato paste
The following spices to taste: yellow curry powder, coriander, crushed red pepper, cayenne, kosher salt, thyme, bay leaves and powdered ginger.

....and then I forgot to take a picture of the finished product because I was starving. I cooked it on 1/4 heat for 1-1/2 hours. I'll post pictures soon of the finished product since I have a ton left over (froze about 1/2 of it).
