As I live in an apartment, I use a standing george forman grill on the balcony. Sucks, but beats cooking inside on a nice summer day

$45 online

yeaaa, this bad boy.

not everyone can pull that off. aside from not having gas burners, any attempts to grill inside my place results in smoke inhalation since my hood vents aren't very effective.

Steak is hardly a good thing to eat before going to the gym

Do you like the taste of a steak cooked in a pan on the stove? That's pretty much the taste you'll get, but dryer.

i used the GF grill all the time.. it's good for BONELESS chicken and pork chops. and fish..
but steak.. if it's THIN.. yes it could work.. and make sure it's a CHEAP steak..

I would NEVER put a expensive steak on the GF grill.. it doesn't come out too well. and the GF grill adds NO extra "fire" flavor like a real outside grill.

yeah there needs to be a distinction made between making a restaurant quality dish that you take pictures of and a quick bite to eat. i suspect that it'll git er done for your purposes.
