Beware of insurance company "DIRECT REPAIR PROGRAMS" OR "DRP SHOPS".

This BMW is a result of a DRP SHOP. GEICO is now paying MAC to totally redo the collision repair after the owner picked up the vehicle from one of GEICO'S DIRECT REPAIR FACILITIES which they recommended to the owner of this vehicle! The repairs @ the DRP SHOP were so poor that the supervisor was speechless. The trunk gaps were terrible, the rear doors were almost touching the 1/4's, the floor pan was just hammered out & left with tears in the sheet metal. The rear body panel was still damaged w/ the markings from the original adjuster, not to mention the paint work! SO BEWARE OF DIRECT REPAIR PROGRAMS RECOMMENDED BY THE INSURANCE COMPANIES.

PICS OF THE FLOOR AFTER THE REPAIRS @ DRP SHOP

CORRECTION @ MAC !

Wow, I would freak out if a bodyshop gave my car back like that. Excellent work.

I'm still working with the tow company that whacked my Ferrari to get them to cut me a check so I can get it fixed. Its just sitting in my garage all banged up collecting dust. Of course I have the pretty side showing hahaha.

I am glad you ask that question. We follow extreme BMW procedure guidelines! Take a look @ the repair on this E92. We replaced the rt 1/4 & rear body panel . Pay attention to the coatings on the inner panels: A lot of work goes into matching the OEM ground color as well as duplicating the factory overspray!

Repair Process:
