Instrument cluster replacement help!

Hi guys , so today I wanted to buy a new instrument cluster for my 2001 325i since some of my lights are burnt out , on eBay this guy will sell me his for a reasonable price , this is coming off a 2004 330i , my question is that can I just replace these or are they not interchangeable due to their ECU's. Also I was wondering using PA Soft can I change the mileage to what mine is? Thank you in advance !

Yes, it's interchangeable between the year and model if they have same parts number. Cross reference you instrument cluster. I attached here the year and model of your car and the donor car. Regarding the PA Soft, I am not sure if you can but try to browse if there's procedure in it.
