Cool Thanks Umnitza!!

I just wanted to thank Umnitza for taking good care of me. I had a ballast go south on me right before Christmas. I called Matt at Umnitza and let him know what my symptoms were and he thought it may be a bad HID ballast based on what was happening. I also confirmed this with board member and lighting guru Sillieidiot (thanks also). Matt sent me out a new ballast right away to see if that would take care of my issues.

We just got back in town last night and the new ballast was waiting in the mail (we took the SUV for the trip as I would not want to drive with only one headlight in Dallas, that would be insane... LOL). Installed the new ballast, the HID fired right back up, no issues, no warning lights. It is good to have her all back to working again.

Anyway, I just wanted to publically thank Umnitza for sending me out a replacement so fast and for taking great care of me. I have had a few issues with my car and they (especially Matt) have always gone the extra mile for me, and that is why I have their banner in my sig.

Thanks again guys.

The time has come!!!!!!!
I am soo soo soo happy! Finally my package from Matt come!!! I am so excited that I dont even know where should I start!

So I am from Europe - from Czech republic. But Matt alway speak with me as best as he could! He was always nice to me and help me with everything! The package come in huge protection of any crash - I really apreciate it
I am glad that people like Matt still exists! So Matt, I wanna thank you once again for everything!!

- I have one questions - what is the orange cooler? where should I connect it? I suppose that this is for the corner lights, but not sure.
- And I dont receive any manual to Orions :-( I dont know If I will be able to connect it right , I suspect that you just forgot to pack the manual in the Christmass rush, so I if you have some PDF or scanned, please let me know
