They ve also misspelled "Daimona" on his tattoo ('a' goes before the 'i').

Time to do it all over again.

we have sh!t like that at work. Last thing before the doors open in the morning. I happened to be walking by one morning when I was opening and was told I needed to participate.

I got a "written reprimand" from the store manager later, and he kept asking me why I didn't want to be a part of it, and that next time I would have to be a part of the morning cheer if I were opening. I reminded him that I work for district, not for the store.

Fvck. That.

We used to do a morning cheer at Nike. It was fun we used to even get customers involved if we were already open.

I oversaw the remodel work for 3 stores and before a contractor is allowed to bid work for Walmart they have to go through Walmart's training courses because they have their own system for everything; it's akin to doing government work. Anyway, I've never seen a more dystopian soul-sucking place than Walmart HQ. Orwell couldn't have designed a more nightmarish environment. The buildings are hideous, literallly giant metal boxes with hardly any windows with all of the air handling equipment sitting front and center next to the front door. Inside is 100% Walmart propaganda. We were all given bar coded name tags and told not to leave the classroom No exaggeration, there is a camera in the ceiling every 8 feet. The walls are Walmart blue with pictures of Sam Walton and "inspiring" quotes by him painted all over the place; it was cult-ish to say the least. My favorite part was the snack area though. It was painted bright red (red and yellow are proven to make you hungry, which is why every fast food logo is red/yellow) and had messages on the wall like "Listen to your body, it knows when it's full" or "Eating a heavy lunch can make you tired in the afternoon". It was fvcking terrifying in there.

Well, that chant/dance/whatever is their attempt to bring their souls back, but you guys keep resisting...
