Let's hear your Wal-Mart Auto stories

Who here has brought their E46 to Wal-Mart, and what was your experience? What was the stupidest thing you heard them say about your BMW?

There's only so many services that Wal Mart offers, and most of them aren't any different on a BMW than they would be on something else.

Unless you're looking for something like "wal mart dude drove my car into the maintenance pit, and they had to haul it out with a tow truck."

I have never taken any of my cars to Walmart for any kind of service or repair. I do get things like car wax and other cleaners from there since they tend to be a lot cheaper then auto parts stores.

About 13 years ago, a friend of mine took his Cutlass to the one in Clanton Alabama and on the way home the front passenger wheel came off. Got caught under the car in a way that lifted the front end up in the air so when it set back down again after he ran over his wheel it bent up the frame pretty bad.

Apparently, they only put 2 of the lug nuts back on when they change his tire on that wheel.

I get my oil change done there. 3 times on the BMW and countless times on my previous cars. Things have not blown up yet.

If you don't have anything pertinent to post about walmart, don't post.

I've never bought anything or had service done there for my car. But, I did take a friends battery back to be tested and they gave us a free replacement.

Bought a jug of Mobil1 0w40 there that turned out to be full of used oil... They let me exchange it at least.

Bring it to walmart every second week to do shopping...
They said once that the bookshelves I bought wont fit in the trunk...and they were so wrong.
