I think my a/c is going out, need to find the problem quick before it's ridiculous ho

So I have my a/c on at the lowest setting (59 degrees) on the passenger side it doesn't blow cold at all and on the drivers side it blows some what cold but no way 59 degrees cold. Can anyone tell what it may be? It also pulses at times but I'm not to concerned about that.

Nope! Your car's AC system is low on refrigerant, R134a. The system is designed to provide better cooling to the driver when the AC system is running low on refrigerant. Those Germans are smart!

I bought my e46 a couple months ago, and the AC wasn't working. It blew barely cooler than warm.

I took it in, and it only had 1 pound of refrigerant. I thought that meant there was a significant leak, but the guy that owned the shop said his E46 did the same thing 4 years ago and he filled it, and it's been perfect ever since.

I charged my system, and the AC blows ice cold and hasn't shown any signs of letting up.
