Transmission removal difficulty?

Hey everyone, first I'll give you my description of the situation.

i hate this German piece of BMW

Anyways,
2001 BMW 325i. Automatic.

I have replaced the oil filter housing gasket, and the oil pan gasket. Both were leaking. Oil pan gasket was a PITA, OFHG wasn't bad at all. Both are now okay. We thought it was oil still leaking when driven later tonight.

However, now I noticed my transmission fluid is spilling out by the flywheel and torque converter. Has anyone else had this problem? A quick google search didn't give me much. Also, to anyone that has removed the transmission themselves, how difficult is it? I don't have the funds right now to pay someone 3k+ to solve this problem, and it HAS to be fixed soon.

Thanks in advance!

If you search the DIY section I'm pretty sure there is a DIY section. There's at least one for flywheel/clutch.

I believe pelican parts has a write up DIY, not 100% sure.

It's not something to do for the faint of heart.

I'm sure its really a stellar achievement to buy a five thousand dollar car, pimp it out craigslist wheels, and slap on some ebay springs.

Congratulations, your car is a disaster.

How bad is it leaking? This may help with transmission removal:

Thanks! Those definitely help.

As for how bad it is leaking, it is in between a stream of piss after a heavy night of drinking and diarrhea after drinking 3 straight cups of sriracha sauce.

Honestly if its just engine oil that's leaking. Save yourself the headache and just top up your oil instead of pulling the transmission.
