still missfiring

when i got my 328 a couple of weeks ago it had a missfire and lumpy running every now and again, i had it into a bmw specialist and they replaced camshaft sensor, intake and exhaust side along with other work and this came to 600.00 now iv had the car back a couple of days and when i picked it up the garage said that there was a lambda sensor fault coming up so they have cleared the fault but today the missfire was there again no light though and yesterday my gf was going to the nursery and said it missfired and the eml light did come on, could the lambda be cauing this do you think? cheers in advance

Sounds like a vacuum leak.

Check the cilinder is missfiryng , then rechek inyector conections and functionality of this, spark plugs and compresion , i am working in one M3 with something similar problem. CILINDER 5 missfires when the engine is idling, after cheking comp. this cilinder have 1/3 of the value recomended.
