Will these tires/rims be ok on an E46 (from either a Z or 5 series)
My stock 1999 328i has the factor sport suspension and with 17in rims.
I am looking to pick up the folowing set of rims/tires (I believe they are from a 540i). Will I be able to do this? The front rims have the number 6760678-13 (8Jx18eh2) and the rear rims have number 6760681-13 (8 1/2Jx18eh2). The front tires are ultra high performance Yokohama Advan S.4. 225/40R18 tires. The rear tires are ultra high performance Yokohama Advan S.4. 255/35R18 tires Last edited by CRW41; 02-18-2010 at 06:55 AM. |

You will need hub centering rings at the least and possibly spacers.

Unfortunately the offsets on the 5 Series will not be a direct bolt-on fitment for an E46. Since they do run low offset, fender modification, a more narrower tire may be needed, and hub rings.
