Facelift turn signals / indicators on pre facelift car

Quick question, can the triangular shaped indicators / turn signals (on the sides of the car just in front of the door) from a facelift car be used on a pre-facelift model to update the look?

Not sure if the clips are a different size or shape. Perhaps a specific upgrade part exists for this purpose?

I see that you have a coupe. In order to get the facelift look, you need complete headlights and will need to change out the fenders to accept the new headlights. There are a few people on here who have done the retrofit but it is not as simple as swapping the corners.

If I'm reading this correctly, I believe he is asking if you can change the sidemarkers on a pre-facelift to a facelift-style. I think he wants to leave the corners alone.

That would also require changing the fender as the inserts on the fenders are different shapes.
