predator orion v2 vs MyCarr 60+ Halos

Which one whold you buy between these 2
predator orion v2 led halos or MyCarr 60+ Led halos

Hands down Orion V2

predator orion v2.......i have them on my car and absolutely love them! very bright, sexy, and great on cold starts! cant go wrong with either but im biased lol

does anyone have a side by side comparison between the two? whats the reason for voting the V2?

so far i have had my leds crap out on me 2 times...sending them back tomorrow hopefully my replacement will be ok...wish i went predator

for some reason, it seems like all the LED angel eyes except for the orion v2s crap out and then you end up sending them back multiple times. as a result, just go with the orions and save yourself the time and effort

Hi , how long have you had them ? i ordered a set few days ago hope i dont regret it. any tips on making them last ?

i see on some other threds high power halogens can melt them :/

I had to have my entire set of P46's sent back to DDM within the first month of owning them because all 4 rings had 3-5 dead leds in the middle of the rings. They initially didnt want to but I made a stink on the forums and combined with pictures and the fact that they were brand new there was nothing they could say but yes please and then some. I would caution with LED's though as I'm on my third set of LED tails with Khoalty (great guy and business) for LED "issues". I honestly dont know if the car hates LED's or I have bad luck but I have never had to RM stuff some much in my life!!!

I've changed to Predator Orion V2 and I must honestly and truthly say that these are a much better product. I didn't believe it at first, but overal the build and design is much better. Resistors are located separately on a little black board to reduce heat accumulation on the actual AE ring themselves. This has a benefit of ensuring that the only heat accumulation the rings get are from the headlights. Also the backing is made from a tougher clear plastic than your average MyCarr AEs. The MyCarr AEs are made from a plastic that looks rather 'impure' and the backing looks like weak, both of which are more prone to melting.

In my long quest to find the best angel eyes, I will search no further after installing the Umnitza Orion V2s. They are awesome. I've compared the V2s with competitive products both in, and out, of the car, and I can vouch for the superior quality of the V2s.

Don't get me wrong, Pswirley, I'm not 100% loyal to Umnitza - I've shopped DDM for other things, like my Apexcone Slim HID 35W 6000K kit for my fogs (pictured). They were a great deal, look great, and work great, except for how both ballasts don't fire all the time upon startup and only 1 light turns on, forcing me to toggle my fog light switch until both ballasts fire. Other than that, they're great. I guess you get what you pay for.

When it comes to angel eyes, look no further than Umnitza's Orion V2s.

I have the Orion V2's from Umnitza (60 LED). I paid the extra for the 4300k, which looks absolutely sick and very OEM looking. It's hard to get a good picture of them...but trust me, they're worth it! Plus Umnitza could possibly be the best people to deal with in my experience. Shipping is lightening fast...and if you have a problem with your kit (Mine happened to have one or two LED's that were on the fritz)...they will send you a replacement right away no questions asked.
