You have to run a wire fron the angels eye to an interior light (glove box light) and splice it in so when u hit the unlock button the interior lights and angel eyes come on at the same time. I have them on my car. I think the mirrors work by hitting the unlock or lock button a second time.

Can anyone confirm for me that the right part numbers for a coupe are as follows:
For vehicles with Fold-in outside mirror heated outside mirror, left 1 51168247123 heated outside mirror, right 1 51168247126 Will these fix my driver's side mirror not heating or adjusting electrically? Anything else I need other than the switch, # 61316901383? Cheap sources for the above? Thanks.

I know they're valid part numbers, but that doesn't tell me that they're auto-folding or that they'll fix the adjustment and heating problems. Also, Tischer wants about $288 each, which is a good deal for new parts from a dealer but I was hoping for a cheaper, possibly used option.

Hi there has been a lot of chatter on this matter Im just sorry I was not able before now to have assisted. you do not need memory seats to have auto fold mirrors on your car. However if your car has fuse 57 in place then your car should be pre wired for this option. but if not then a simple enough circuit using a double through relay will work
