Eagle eye problem HELP!
I just bought eagle eye led tail lights. The outer sections went on fine, but the inner lights that go on the trunk im having a problem with. Seems my old aftermarket taillight bulbs just went in the circle cut out for the bulb and twisted to lock in. I was told by jlevi (where i purchased them) that there should be and extra part "the bulb carrier" that will click in place to hold the bulb in. Im guessing when my last set was installed, that they just took that piece off. Does anyone have any pictures of what the bulb carrier looks like and the part number or if this is really what i need. Any help would be appreciated!!

i don't know what that bulb is from. The pic i posted is of the inner trunk light. That is what my bulbs and connector look like. The arrow shows where something is supposed to lock into there

thats not the part im talking about....its the taillight that goes on the trunklid that im speaking of....i think i just have the wrong harness. The harness that was on the car is from aftermarket taillights. If you popped the 4 plastic rivets off on the inside of your trunklid could you post a pic of your factory harness?

Hi, This is the link to the bulb carrier socket on the oem light (04 325) http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...56&hg=63&fg=20 . You can get them at Tischer for about $20 a side, heres the link for them https://www.trademotion.com/memberse...&siteid=214672 . they just plug into the original wire harness (asuming all the original stuff is still there (plug). Hope it helps. I found Jason at Tischer most helpful.
