It's a sketch for what the new McLaren F1 might look like, now that the prototypes are seen running around.

I've dealt with Bilsteins forever on so many different cars, and Bilstein supplies dampers to everyone from Japanese OEM to German factory motorsports teams. I'm very hesitant to believe internet rumor that Bilstein would drop in quality.

It's a Unimog...what self respecting person/Elton John song wouldn't? I was tickled to find out my grandfather in the Philippines used to have a 500 SEL. Personally, I'd rather have my cousin's collection of bullet proof SUVs Toyota Sequoia, Range Rover, Land Cruiser, ML550, and I think they also have a Nissan Patrol. Me gusta.

I might be tempted to do a full ZHP shock and strut swap. For the rear shocks, what peripherals would I need if I did? I know I need bump stops, but what about stuff like shock mounts or anything else?

Well in prototype form, yes. Thank goodness not on a series-produced car.
