Completely stock non-HK. The only change that's ever been made is the OEM aux cable.

I removed the sunglass holder, ash tray area, shifter, shifter surround, the wood trim, the glove box, the cupholders, the coin holder, and I pulled up the center console but didn't remove it. I'm pretty happy with how everything turned out. It would probably look cleaner with a eurotray but it'll do.

Before I had the aux input routed to the glove box as per the BMW instructions. Then I wired up an outlet in the glovebox that's tapped into the flashlight. The benefit of that is it's a timed circuit. All of that has been moved to behind the glovebox and the only thing in the glovebox now are papers and manuals. This is the before:
