Didn't he stay in hotels? So odd. I guess everyone needs to have a fetish.

lol, well, kalim's ketchup stick engine can't keep itself cool in 100F weather with the AC on, so we were being all bro and had the windows rolled down, and it actually wasn't that bad dealing with the heat with low humidity. Sweat dries up fast and it's not very uncomfortable.

Humid heat though...

Probably horrendous. I don't trust BMW with turbos. Some things they just suck so badly whenever they attempt it.

Ach, the Philippines is like that, though the last hot, humid place I've been to is Orlando.

Ach, Florida.

LOL @ Kalim's ketchup stick not being able to take the heat. Just like Kalim in the bedroom, I suppose.

Meanwhile, my ketchup packet delivered me to the Bay Area safely, comfortably, coolly, and efficiently, despite 0 torque and all that glass.

$300 isn't even a bad price imo. If there is any money left in my checking account at the end of the summer and if it's still up I'll let you know

Major repairs done at the moment. Wheel bearings are on the horizon, as is the mystery knock problem. Neither of those are too urgent. I'll probably be needing tires by the end of summer. Everything else I already have.

Ach, Florida.
I can handle the humidity and heat, it's the diesel exhaust that gets me.

We were guessing thermostat wasn't opening fully. With AC on, the temperature would go up, even when we were moving at like 50mph. Simply turning AC off was enough to keep everything happy.

My brother got this on the way home. Huge plume of white smoke promptly followed by black smoke.
