na just some cosmetic work and a lil suspension work. after this the drivetrain is pretty solid. new drive shaft, front subframe, head and gaskets all around. just the rear frame and brakes I suppose technically aside from cosmetics, which are the only thing you care for :concours judge pro tem:

j/k, but srsly, last HG installed was probably a Victor Reinz, which tend to leak from the oil supply bores to the head. At least it hasn't lost compression.
