Thanks Brian! I found the needle on eBay, but I think it would be risky to have it shipped since it could snap through shipping. I'll try what you suggested though.

Whereabouts is this Eastern Turkey Day? I considered heading back to NJ again, but too tricky to book last-minute flights.
