Out way too late at Tanforan, then up way too late sorting parts and chatting with Miles.

Typical process would be to issue a retraction/correction on air and/or in writing. Defamation would not truly apply as there is no proof they sought to defame his character they just suck horribly at fact checking and news reporting. Defamation has to be intentional. That said, if he can prove that their error has had a measurably negative affect on his life (lost job, got beat up, evicted, etc.) he may be able to sue them for some other form of damages, depends on the state and how good his lawyer is.

(Puts on old man voice)

Back in my day we had to fact check every item reported twice and vet with multiple editors. Huge issue with today's media, they're in such a rush to report and beat comps they swing first ask questions later, and the layers if editorial oversight have been stripped away in cost cutting. It's a joke. The FCC should come up with a fine system where misreporting hits them where it counts and they're forced to revert in some manner. A mess up like this should be like a million bucks and the reporter or editor/producer who approved has to wear a sandwich board sign around for a week saying "I suck at journalism."

In the last year I've had Michelin Pilot Sports, Kuhmo EcstaS4 and BF Goodrich and using the assometer Kuhmos were the best and quietest.

We had a good laugh at your expense at least once per painted brakes.

Cliffs: Miles, Kalim and roughly a dozen people I dont know were there and it was cold. Sweet Alpina 8 series, couple e30s, several e36 and 8-10 e46s.

On the ride home I passed some dude in a lowered and chromed out e36 and then moments later he shot by doing like 120 and weaving like a madman. At this point it was time for bed.

Sidenote: blue bbs installed and window reg fixed with help of mkodama. Son asked me this morning: "where is your robot friend?" Per my intimation that Mires build battlebots. From hereon out Mkodama known to me as "robot friend." Also, does anyone know how to make a picture into a massive vinyl wrap? Please advise.

Meh, my rotors still look good and my calipers don't even look painted.

On the drive to Milpitas, a Golf R started toying with me but they were driven like an asshat so I ignored them for the most past. Then on the drive home I was toying with a Fox body Mustang and also a C55 AMG.
