Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have a full auto ar with a 90 round drum, but I think the biggest deterent of doing that is it costing $40 each time I fill it up I'd like more if it were open like other states with avaliability of tax stamps, but the whole bullet button/10 round is more of an inconvenience than a deterent which is why it doesn't bother me that much. I'm not sure of the point of the laws because it seems like you could convert most stuff back to full capacity (note i didn't say high) with a standard mag release in about 5 minutes if you took your time. There's too much out there already to realisticlly take it all away now.

I guess I should retract my statement that it's not the features that scare me, it's the guys trying to organize open carry parties in santa monica and places like that to "prove a point"

I'm on page 10. I'm a fan of trolling, but religion/service member attacks aren't in good fun. Is she a member of westboro baptist church or something?

frank
if you haven't come across her before, then don't subject yourself to it
she is kinda nuts
one moment she seems like the coolest female member ever, doing engine swap work on her car and talking about guns
then the next moment, she is going crazy biting people's heads off about the most random thing

i guess a typical woman

i used to think the guys were being dicks to her for no reason ... but i have seen her get all hysterical over nothing
i think she might have spewed some crap at me, too

Not even typical. I imagine her to be the deranged-stalker-ex type.

The only gun rules I would want are:
-no automatics or burst weapons
-10 round magazine limit
-a buying wait time
-background check
-required and inspected gun storage.
-no .50cal and up
