Down here, there is a facility of luxury garages with lifts and all sorts of other things that rich guys buy to store their fancy cars. Everybody has their own private garage and some even built lofts/offices on top of the garage. I'd imagine something like that would be perfect for Kalim, except for the fact that the garages are well into the millions of dollars.

Must be South Bay and I can get that with heating and A/C for $0.75 a sq ft down here.
