"A little extra" in the aspect of looking at it over a couple years

Wouldn't you also pay a little extra to stay closer and in a potentially nicer area?

Cool, glad I could help. Of them was literally right down the street from me

Were you looking into trying to find a place soon or waiting until after the house and this is just research?

10-15% is a little extra. 30-40% isn't. And when you add up the difference over a couple of years, that is a staggering amount of money.

It's going to be a staggering amount of money no matter what decision is made.

And you never answered my question. I for one would pay more to stay closer to home and be in a better neighborhood.

Iseewhatyoudidthere.

If I find something good, I will just skip the house altogether for now and invest in that instead.

No.

Time is money, to a certain extent. At some point, more money is simply more money. I would pay for the convenience if it's 10-15% more. But 30-40%? That's the money that's supposed to be going towards the stuff the warehouse is supposed to house in the first place.

You are stuck at 30/40%

I'm not focusing on that one place Kalim actually listed, because that is an expensive place, and I did find cheaper places located in the South Bay.

In the end getting something in south bay that costs a little extra is cheaper in the long run compared to using your warehaus and having to drive that distance often
I don't want to drive anywhere because I don't have a job.

Thank god I didn't have correct top hats so Mires only installed the rears, she hit front.

See, you tease Mires for flailing but in reality his esp saved my frontal Bilsteins.

Now can anyone guess why acs and brake light are on please???

I'm asking Kalim, and that doesn't answer my question.
