Hey classmates, today during Bus-10 I somehow managed to leave my tablet on the desk and I believe one of you may have picked it up. I checked in with Professor Ruiz and campus security and it wasn't turned in to either of them so I'm assuming someone has it. I would really appreciate if I could get it back because it is a vital part of my education, not to mention the personal information on it. If anyone does have it, keep it mind that it's a 2 years old tablet and is worth more to me than whatever someone could get for it on craigslist. Hopefully the priceless feeling of doing the right thing is enough to make you want to return it, but I'm willing to offer $20.
you should offer them about tree fiddy

That is terrible advice
Losing water weight doesn't help you for long term weight loss and maintenance

A few reasons:
1. I'd estimate I have about 10 pounds of fat just chilling around my waste
2. For all the things I like to do like running, cycling, climbing, karting, etc... the weight makes a significant difference to performance.
3. It's a weight is a hard, easy to measure, numeric goal, which gives me a better gauge of process and where I'm at.

Apparently people think differently when they are restricted to from immigration or put in an internment camp by your own country.

judging by the few posts I have seen from you around the forum regarding health and fitness, you really should take some time to study up on what it takes you transform your body properly

Your body is much more complicated and more important than a 190e or m3 or any other car
You spend plenty of time studying up on car mechanical stuff .. devote just a fraction of it to learning the proper ways of changing your body to be the way you want it

lol, yeah, that's quite skinny.

I think 150 is a very reasonable and healthy weight to be at for 5'9" ish

Thank you for saying this.

B_Cyrus recommended this to me in the past and I called him stupid for that, and I've been making fun of his running in trashbags and sweat clothing weight loss program ever since.

I already do/have. I think I've got some of the basics down just fine already. What have you seen me say that suggested otherwise?

not necessarily, one can play around and not be in a serious/long term relationship that can be ended anytime, preferably before V day and start new one after V day

Not that much more complicated.

Eat less calories than you burn and bam, you lose weight. It really is that simple. You body is subject to the laws of thermodynamics too.
