I did crossfit for a month and I would highly recommended for anybody that wants to get in shape, loose weight, tone the body, or just stay active. The program is definitely very effective compare to those typical gym trainers. These people will push you hard to a limit you never knew you can reach. Downside to crossfit is that it generally cost a lot of money.

The one I went to would've cost me $199 a month for 3 times a day. They also have 2x a day at $169 a month or 1x, etc... If I didn't have to travel so damn much I would definitely get back into it.

I was pretty much in the same situation.
Worked out hardcore for 8 months and achieved the best fitness of my life.
Then stopped and was still good for a couple of years.

Now fatteh. :/

What do you guys think about an impromptu photoshoot after lunch on the 9th? We could do it on the runway near my house assuming there aren't other people. It's public land so no cops will kick us out.
