sucks compared to what? I didn't mind it at all...It isn't as close as my e30. It's fun to heel toe in the pick up

Compared to E30 or any of the JDMs I've driven. The pedal height difference is too large. I'll figure out a way to mod it for my huge feet one of these days, lol.

couldn't you just add more to the back of the pedal to "raise" it Or just get the "performance" pedals installed and add a spacer or two at that point?

The idea was to add something on top of the accelerator and/or modify the brake pedal so the pad sits lower when it's depressed.
