Frank, did the parts come through ok? I stuffed some more packing material in there because I was kinda worried about the bushings destroying the regulator.

I started off today with some chopped fruit, granola, yogurt, a large glass of water, and a multivitamin.

As a snack, I had a banana so graciously offered by hizhiness. Lots of water throughout the day.

For dinner, I had a large slice of Zachary's deep dish pizza with spinach, mushroom, and sausage, not eating the crust and not getting seconds.

I'm going to do some situps right now, and that will be my only exercise for today, since tomorrow I plan on going to the gym to get in some weight lifting and cardio.
