Weigh in was on the 30th. I guess you could join in now if you weigh yourself soon and you put in the $20.

I'm going to do some situps right now, and that will be my only exercise for today, since tomorrow I plan on going to the gym to get in some weight lifting and cardio.
Honestly, how tall are you at 155lbs? I would just start eating a lot of protein (yes ****) and lifting heavy. You will start to look way better, you'll be burning fat and gaining muscle. This "I'll eat 1500 calories of fruit and pizza" bullshit is not going to help you build muscle. Consistently eat lots of mexican food, chili, meat, whole grain, etc. Drink a few protein shakes a day. Getthe hell off your ass and lift. There are lots of great starting strength programs you can find for free and I'd be glad to point you in the right direction when I'm not actually AT the gym (now, lol). I was once 135lbs at 6' and could barely bench 95lbs. Now I feel pretty good about my body and health.

The bars are 40 pounds? I figured 20 or 30.

Who wants to bet on which of the contestants will have the biggest yoyo rebound after the competition is over?

I think we're all a ways off from that, especially so with a low calorie diet. Probably only Ramin has to worry about that.

Yeah, that's a pretty serious cutting diet... You're making me worry about losing.
