Looks good.

I'd trade the bread calories for a cup of cottage cheese with that banana sliced into it. The protein in the cc will give a longer feeling of being full than the bread carbs.

Yeah there are a lot of variables at work here. Biceps shouldn't be used much, but they are a little. When I lift heavy I've noticed I use them a bit. You will pick up stabilizing the bar after a bit too.

I have been relearning how to squat recently. It's a lot more complex than just pressing a barbell away from you, especially if you do it right. I think if I got the motion down a bit better I would be able to put more weight up.

Deadlifts make you a ****ing man though. Lift as much as you can off the floor and slam it back down again. Ugh ugh ugh. Nate smash.

Fine. You come make two pieces of metal into one piece of metal and I shall bestow you with green papery things.

Not sure what the welding machine has to do with you being "for hire"...

Go go go! Are you doing chin ups or pull ups? Wide grip pull ups are way harder, more awesome and focus more on your back. Climbing interferes with my pull ups (basically I'm always fatiguing my pull up muskels) so I haven't done any weighted ones lately, but I was still able to bang out 15 or so wide grips (all the way down and all the way up, no kipping you vaginas) last time I think. That's about time to start adding weight.

Grats on the narcissism btdubs. Just don't forget to hate your body occasionally. Nothing gets the bro swole (brole?) going like muscular dysmorphia

Plus I hear you can make stacks of dimes with weldy stuff. That's supplemental income right there.

Not me. I've pledged to gain a lb for every lb Kyle loses.

I went to Cold Stone and had them make me chocolate ice cream with peanut butter and Oreos.

Your Scion tC Sucks
It's not a sports car. It's not a sporty car. It's not fast. It doesn't handle well. It isn't even remotely cool. 'Even sitting on airbags and these 20" Work LS 507's?' Especially with all that garbage that is now worth more than the uninspiring piece of **** it's been applied to. Why is your stereo stuck on shitty house music? Girls love your car but think you're a harmless tool. Your windshield is covered in stickers. You're almost 30 years old, work at Best Buy, and live with your parents. You drive stick like your clutch foot is asleep and don't know how to change your own oil. Wakaba sticker and/or Japanese license plate on a USDM-only car. $39,000 in debt but at least you get 35 MPG. That engine comes from a Camry and has the power-to-displacement ratio of a farm tractor. Get the **** out of the passing lane. Stop revving at me. You're not into cars, so please stop telling people you are before they confuse us.
