so received my registration paper today looks like my car needs "Smog Certificate Required at a STAR station" is this the old test only? and what do they do?? and what kinda inspection is it?

100% honest, i start working on it myself, get frustrated, call Kalim to find out what needs to happen, realize I don't have the right tools, then call up a half white, half hispanic friend of mine who's a pretty decent shade tree mechanic to help me finish the job.
