Kalim.. I end of picking up a helmet today at Wine County Race Club. They got good amount of selections to try, but them closing at 5PM was a bitch.

At least something good is coming out this competition.

I dunno, less plain carbs and more protein and veggies is my only guess. I just aspire to eat like that pic ramin posted of just veggies and grilled skinless boneless chicken.
