No.

Patrick (fat lead singer) lost like 40/50 lbs, looks like a brand new person. Pete (guy on bass married to ashley simspon) is far more laid back

everybody

Today is my second week of eating better. I don't want to say dieting because I still eat at a lot of the same places as before, but I am making much better choices, eating smaller portions, and not snacking anymore. I have lost 12 pounds.

I think I look a little bit better (hard to tell since I always look amazing), but my clothes definitely fit better.

I expected to lose the most in the first week or two because of the sudden change in my eating habits. I started the day that I got back from SF so i probably had a lot of junk in my system. The rate at which I am losing weight will definitely slow down. I lost 8 lbs the first week and 4 lbs this week. Once I start to settle down, I am hoping to lose 2 lbs per week.

That's a good target.

Also most of that 12 lbs was water weight
