Brake drag is an easy fix. Assuming they aren't adjusted too tight, just loosen the two Allen bolts that bolt the caliper to the bike and slide it so that the ratio of gaps between rotor and pad are 1/3 for the moving pad and 2/3 for the fixed.

If the brakes are too tight, then you'll have to adjust your brake cable (assuming they're mechanical).
