It was good. They had some new people working there and service was prompt, too.

Dealing with defective bulbs with DDM Tuning is kinda weird. Their customer service responded within a few hours, and they aren't making me ship the bulb back or anything, but they require photo evidence that I destroyed the defective bulb, and are going to ship a new bulb to me, possibly from China again.

It's not very intuitive, but I guess it's a pretty good procedure for making sure nobody scams DDM, and making sure they don't have to give any money back.

My buddy Mike sells them here. See if he has anything you need. Just tell him I sent you. If he doesnt have what you need, I got one more guy that sells locally too.
Kinda want to support him, but his selection doesn't have everything I need, and also quite a bit more pricey than DDM. Does your other guy have a website?

Wish I had more monies right now. There are only 6 of the lithium batteries remaining on the Hobbyking webstore that fit in the middleweight robot, and being that it's a pretty specialized battery, I worry that it may go out of production. If I was more of a baller, I'd buy an extra pair to use, and use the current pair as backup/damage replacement batteries.

At the same time, the robot may never fight again.
