I had a truck park blocking my garage once (when I lived in apts) called 5 tow trucks all saying "not our contract" he was lucky he came out before I called the right one. there was tons of parking, no idea why he chose my garage.

but... houses = more maint. than a fleet of e46's.

Nah, seeing the pictures and whatnot gave the impression that it could look really chintzy with all those vents.

Looked pretty good in person, but this car is dark grey and was seen in low light

I'm quite annoyed because with how my parking lot is a tow truck couldn't take the car out...unless you had the wheel jacks.

And I know houses are more maintenance, but for me it's worth it. I can decorate how I like it, I can make what noise I want, and I can have space and room. It's totally worth it

Yeah, but you own a property, it's an appreciating asset, so in the end it's worth it

Not necessarily. A friend of mine bought a house in a neighborhood full of retirees. Cops came in at 4 in the afternoon on a Saturday because of "excessive noise levels" when he threw a birthday party for his 1-year-old.

If that happened to me then I would get a louder exhaust and keep it in first gear more

Spiting neighbors is fun, until your car gets a ticket while parked.

I mean obviously I'm not going to have parties constantly or anything like that, but just if I want to play music or have friends over I don't have to worry about the people living under me.

And when it comes to neighbors some are just better than others. If a neighbor wants to be a dick then that's on them, I don't care.

Neighbors have such an absurd impact on quality of life, whether house or apartment.

Want to buy: California life with Nebraska lot sizes.
