Haha I had my front grille zip tied at one point, but I think the zip tie broke so one of the grille is gone. And the trim on the window behind the driver fell off... and a month ago one of the tail lights came off, but i got that replaced. I guess I can say I'm blessed, lol.

Duct tape + jdm tyte zipties + jb weld are all you need

I don't know, it runs fine for a car with 153K. It has less problems than most E46s I know, and much of it is purely cosmetic.

Likewise, the mechanical bits are fine, it's the cosmetic issues where I simply have to pay people, because I either don't have the skill or the equipment for it.
