Eh, the market has been going up steadily for the last two weeks.

People are looking at the new legislation to buy the toxic assets favorably. It's been in the works for awhile, but the details just came out today.

I can understand that gain because there's a lot of speculation, but I remain skeptical that it'll last even in the short term. I lol'ed at the Troubled Asset Relief Program.
