I just called Pampas. Its not all you can eat meat during lunch. But there is a side bar which serves pastas, salads, veggies, etc.

The all you can eat "meat" is during dinner time. So during lunch, you pick your meal through the menu unless you get the sidebar.

I just called churascarria. they serve 7 types of meat. Lunch is $23.95 on weekday, and weekends its $32.95.
