Jay, I also noticed that you used a newspaper with a story about GM dropping Pontiac
My parents used to have a sky blue Pontiac when I was a really little. Man those cars sucked, but still kinda crazy to see them go. They made some iconic muscle cars back in the day.

i used some 800 grit sandpaper and sanded the sht out of everything. making sure to get every inch of it.
i then just wiped it down with a wet rag.
then sprayed it/wiped it down with some Dupli Color Prep Spray.
layed down a coat of primer. let dry.
sanded it. to get rid of any bumps/roughness.
sprayed another coat of primer. let dry.
sanded it again.
sprayed a coat of paint. let dry.
sanded it.
sprayed 2nd coat of paint. let dry.
sanded it.
sprayed 3rd coat of paint. let dry.
sprayed 1st coat of clear coat. let dry.
sprayed 2nd coat of clear coat. let dry.

i think i'm gonna spray 3 coats of clear coat and call it a night.

so does that mean that pontiac is just shutting down? or are they just gonna manufacture cars separate from GM?

If we are going w/ strictly SGC, I say we go BEFORE the main caravan. That way we can get there early and have a good spot together. If we roll with the caravan, I don't think we should get off to meet with people, that will just make us later, thus making it harder to find a good spot.

They're ditching the division altogether. There's a chance someone may buy up the assets, but I haven't heard any news on that yet.

damn hieu must be busy as hell. taking forever to reply to my text. i think i'm probably just going to pick the tires up from him. (if he gets back to me)

i want to pick them up monday or tuesday. monday is better though.

definitely. i'm glad i did this instead of paying a shop to paint em.
plus it's pretty simple/easy.
if you're modding on a budget like i am, i suggest doing this too. lol.

yo jay2. why did u primer it? just wondering. it was tiag before, unless there were rock chips and stuff, all u needed to do was scuff with 300 and shoot em. lol

Kalim what diameter bushings did you get? 60 or 66mm? i'm confused on what i need on the bimmerworld site.
