Look at your exhaust tips, on the right one you will see a butterfly flap inside it. It closes at lower RPM's and makes your exhaust quieter. Take the hose off the top of it and plug it with something. Thats it. It stays open all the time now. Just go look at it, you will understand immediately, haha.

oh ok. The exhaust has to be removed in order to do that right?

nope. Its just a tiny little rubber hose that has to be pulled off the top of the muffler. Then you just plug the hose with something like a Golf Tee, hence the name, or anything else that fits snugly in it.
