It's a Wilwood kit that I bought used. Had the rotors turned before install but I'm thinking the pads are maybe a compound made for track use. Super hard whatever it is.

Gotcha. TIS is not going to help you too much then, but it'll at least give some ideas on where to apply anti-squeal.
So is it eating the rotors? You'll be able to tell if you have a huge lip on the edge.
