Actually, it wasn't as bad working on a '90 Maxima. Also, it's more work to change E9x spark plugs, too. It's more of a modern car thing. :/

the 2011 KIA Forte5 and the 2012 KIA optima SX turbo spark plugs can be done in <5 minutes. i have to give them credit for making everything extremely accessible.

I like it when they make an extra effort for serviceability, which is what BMW has been pretty good for the last few decades. Lately, I'm seeing some things that are bothersome.
