That's what the recall was issued for, but some earlier ones were affected, too, apparently.

I got it done probably 3 years ago at a dealer when I still lived in Texas. People go into a dealer and complain, they say "sorry we won't do anything" and people just walk away, afraid to say anything....

I took my complaint to the service manager and told them I didn't care that it was not covered under CPO, it was a danger/saftey factor and kept on them, even printed a copy of the TSB and brought it to them.... they made some calls and said they would work on it.

Same with my tranny, they had my car for a week trying to get that stupid "fix it" kit to work and couldn't. The whole time I was telling them to just call BMWNA and get authorization to fix it. Wouldn't you know.... "Ummm, the fix it kit didn't work so we called BMWNA and they are going to replace your tranny" .... no sh1t dumbass

Yes, they can be pretty tough to deal with. I gave up on them long ago. :/

Yeah, only reason I dealt with them is because I had CPO and Extended Service. I was going to get what I paid for

no need to go out of your way to try some
tofu by itself is very bland and just takes on the flavor of whatever is put on it while cooking

There is hype surrounding teazone fried tofu and it's all due to Hieu.
