It's no fun if there's no element of surprise. Like the occasional elephant stampeding through downtown.

Yes, yes you could send it to me for an S54 swap.

Your thoughts?

LOL, if my mom called me and said she was in my neck of the woods and to pick her up, I'd be like, "CSB."

FI = cheating

The only time FI is allowed is if you have:

-a Ferrari F40
-a Ferrari 288 GTO
-a Group B rally car
-a Merc E63/S63/S65 AMG, or CLK63/SL65 AMG Black Series

FI is economical, green and sh!t.

somehow turbo petrol 4 bangers have beat out turbo diesels in the US, sadly.

Turbodiesel is okay, but otherwise, still meh on FI.

Although I do want that V10 TDI they had on the Touareg once.

Well, I had two turbo cars before the M, they're very fun to drive. I like F/I for that particular reason. I am not looking to act like some folks and wave 1000 hp like they got a penis extension.

And for what it's worth, I still want to buy a Fit and turbo it. Just sayin'...

Yeah, I don't know a lot about turbos or s/cs but it just seems like a lot of trouble. I'd rather just do a swap with low miles and call it a day. I really don't need a 5-600 hp car

I'm an NA guy through and through. If I really wanted that much power, I'd go with displacement. There's something to be said about an NA engine, tuned to its limits...S54, S14, S62, S85, F22 (S2K engine?), MB M120 V12...not to mention the extra wear on components that were not meant to cope with FI. And would do a K-Series swap on my Fit before I even consider a turbo.
