Yes, it's always the case, haha. That's why my own swap took so long to get to. :/
But at least the swap was done really quickly once it was started.

From tear-down to first drive was 2.5 months. A lot of that time was figuring things out and waiting for parts. Actual work = 1 week.

i've done that once, but then it was just to my friends house to get some tools and he lives like 1 min away. and i took only the neighborhood streets lol
