Hell, last time I was there, he got me two 265/30/19 Achillies, brand new, mounted and balanced for $265 out the door.

He mounted and balanced my two front tires I got from Chad yesterday for $10.

I've been loyal to them the last 15 years.... I always loved the service and the attitude... i always got the warranty on tires, everytime I went in there it was "yep, no problem, we will get those for you and replace them" kind of attitude.

But unfortunately, they seem to be heading in the direction of a lot of companies and only care about the bottom dollar instead of the customer.
Forgetting that the customer is the bottom dollar.

The last several times I have been there (different locations), there have been careless mistakes by the staff and the guys in the shop are nothing but sales men. From using a gun instead of torque wrench, to loose lugs, to failing to properly balance......... meh...... When you start losing customers that spend a grand on tires every year or two... that can add up quickly if it starts to spread. The only positive was that they have taken care of my rims (put tape on the machines/rim lips) to prevent scratching them, and that was only after i said something like "please make sure they don't scratch my rims."

Plus, I would rather support a small business that is trying to make it and will take the extra moment for the little things.

I'll be selling my sedan front seats after I get some nice Recaro Sportster CSes. Non-sport with power in very good shape.
