So walk out to find this on my car. No idea how it happened, but I'm going to say someone did it to my car cause that's a straight up hole. Ok BMW gods, about how much is it going to cost to repair? Where can I take it in la

Ouch. Seems deliberate. That's one of the worst possible spots.

yea that's deliberate. you're going to need to replace/repaint that whole rear qtr panel. when i had to repaint my rear quarter panel, i went to elite auto body in gardena and they did a great job. can't even tell anything happened it to it. it was affordable too.

The good thing is that it's a small spot so patching it up won't be a huge amount of work.
Blending the paint in is going to be the expensive part. :/

That's if they replace the panel. They might just patch it instead.
Either way, the paint is going to be expensive, though.

yea even if they just patch it, it would still be expensive. yea i got mines done for pretty cheap though, that's including repainting the rear bumper. i'm pretty sure mines wasn't replaced though, you could still pop it out a little, but it had a crease they would have to patch. then they painted the whole damn quarter panel including the pillar that goes to the front of the car. most places just try to blend the specific area to the rest of the car.

that reminds me, one of these days i'm going to repaint my car lol i swear like 60-70% of my car already had new paint

maybe a little less, but it just depends. but there's no way they are going to match the exact shade of your car right now though. especially with metallic paint. it'll be close but still slightly off.

I dunno. Prices are a little better in SoCal than they are here, so I'll let people down there give estimates.

lol, yeah, it's a lot of work.

Jeez. You've had a lot of panels redone. Might as well just get the whole thing uniform, lol.

lol that's not my fault. a whole new body kit + hood + trunk + mirrors. all those are mods lol the rear quarter panel was totally my fault though. damn that class, i'm never going to forget it. hit my car then rushed to class for a presentation, and no one was there. i should have just taken my time and that wouldn't have happened.

I would say less than that..... The body shop that is going to fix my car gave me an est of $1400. That includes a new bumper, brackets, paint and some body work and labor....
