Are you taking any supplement that might be affecting your liver?

Sometime it could also be the air quality. So maybe try having Hepa filter air purifier and a humidifier near you when you sleep.

Vitamins. Electrolytes. But it sounds like you might just need better sleep quality?

uhh i am taking a protein supplement, but i've been taking this specific supplement for at least a month now. Also I took it a few years ago for at least 3 months with no issues.

air quality is a probability okay, i mean, i don't think any thing has changed. vitamins, electrolytes all haven't changed. nothing in my habit has changed.

Sleep is a good possibility, i'm also thinking the weather is another. its been like 90+ out here in the west valley, compared to last week which got into the mid 60s. so yeah.

I slept most of yesterday, and i already feel a ton better.
